Many easy little known ways to make gold in wow
Dalaran cooking recipies
There are many cooking recipies sold by the cooking suplies vendor Derek Odds in Dalaran. One of these recipies that is very profitable is Recipe: Dragonfin Filet sold by Derek Odds for 3 Dalaran cooking rewards. This recipe requires 1xDragonfin Angelfish and 1xNorthern Spices. You can buy the raw fish on the AH or you can farm them at Lake Indu'le in Dragonblight. You can get the spices from Derek Odds in dalaran for 1 cooking reward and i belive he gives you ten. On my server a stack of these sells for 70-90G and it only takes about and hour to farm 40-60 fish.
10K Honor Gems
Another little known item for sell is the new epic gems sold buy the jewlcrafting PVP vendors. If you are a level 80 this is very easy to do. If you know that your faction usualy wins in a sertin BG than just play that and do the daily PVP quest. Another fast way to gather Honor is boing the weekly quests for WG they give 3k honor each quest. The current honor cap is 75k but i usualy buy gems when i get 10k honor. Befor you buy gems go to the AH and see what gems sell for the most. If you farm honor for about 2 hours you can make over 50k honor. If you wanna get more gold for your time ask in trade what epic cuts sell for the most and if they are in high demand then ask a JC to create then and then list them on AH but dont undercut by more than 2G so the price wont drop dramaticaly
Icy Prism
Icy prisms are a 20 hour cooldown done by JCs. The cost to make one of these on my server is about 50-60G depending on the time of day or what day of the week i buy them. A Icy prism usualy drops 2-3 rare gems and sometimes drops 1 of the 6 epic gems and it also has a chance to drop a Dragon's eye used for JCs. To make 1 icy prism requires 1 Frozen orb 3 dark jade 3 shadow crystal and 3 chalcedony. if you are a miner you can go mine some saronite nodes and ask a jc to prospect the ore for gems.
