What to wear to the parliament?
Hello, friends.
I'm Rita, 17 (going on 18) and next February I'm going to the European Parliament (Strasbourg) with my school.
I was told that we can't wear sneakers (off with the Converse), jeans nor anything casual. Now, here's the question : What Am I Going To Wear?
My style is all about t-shirts, skinny jeans, low top converse shoes, leggings, polo shirts and leather jacket. Very casual. Not very girlie but i do wear skirts. I'm an Art Student and I believe that has a lot to do with the clothing I wear. My mum says I'm a bit weird, maybe I am.

I'm from Portugal if that maters. I was wondering if you people can come up with some ideas for an original, young yet formal look. I like suit jackets, ballerina shoes and androgynous look. Use pictures if you want.
